About the release
One of the most memorable graphic-printed Air Foamposite colourways is finally coming back. Nike's Air Foamposite Pro 'Green Camo' first landed in 2013 as one of the era's most popular Foamposite executions — sat alongside the 'Fighter Jet' as a defining military-themed release — and it's been off shelves ever since. The 2026 retro is the first-ever reissue of the design, staying faithful to the OG military aesthetic. Style code IM5204-001.
The build wraps the iconic moulded Foamposite shell in a full woodland camouflage graphic print across forest green, brown, tan and black tones. Dark black nubuck panels trim the eyestays, collar and mesh tongue for structural contrast, while a glossy black lateral Swoosh sits as the main branding hit. Volt green mini Swooshes punch through at the toe and heel, and 'N-758384' and 'PRO97' alphanumeric codes stamped on the panels alongside neon chevron accents on the pull tabs keep the tactical theme running throughout. Underneath, the gum rubber outsole, herringbone traction pods and full-length Zoom Air setup carry over from the OG.
UK release is Saturday 8 August 2026 for £230 via Nike SNKRS and select Nike Sportswear retailers.

The 2013 OG is one of the most sought-after Foamposite Pro releases in the silhouette's catalogue, sitting alongside the 'Fighter Jet' as a defining pair of the model's graphic-print era. This is the first-ever retro, arriving 13 years after the original. Expect significant SNKRS demand from both original owners and collectors who missed the first drop.
Design and details
The Foamposite Pro has always been ahead of its time. Nearly three decades after the 1997 launch of the wider Foamposite franchise, the moulded polyurethane shell still reads as futuristic — closer to a design object than a basketball shoe. The 'Green Camo' takes that shell and pushes it in the opposite visual direction, wrapping it in military graphics rather than the smooth solid finishes the model was originally designed around.
Screen-printed woodland camo shell
The moulded Foamposite shell wraps the foot in a full woodland camouflage screen-print, running across forest green, brown, tan and black. The camo pattern is designed to sit as if it's been painted directly onto the shell — no separate panel construction, just one continuous graphic across the shoe's most identifiable design element. The result is a properly loud upper that still keeps the Foamposite's fluid, seamless architecture intact.
Black nubuck structural panels
Dark black nubuck trims the eyestays, collar and mesh tongue, anchoring the loud graphic upper with material contrast rather than colour breaks. Without those darker structural moments, the camo would tip into being overwhelming. The nubuck lets the shell breathe visually while giving the shoe genuine material variation.
Swoosh and Volt branding
A glossy black lateral Swoosh sits as the main visual break across the side panel, cleanly contrasted against the busy camo underneath. Volt green mini Swooshes hit at the toe and heel in a much smaller execution, with matching Volt branding running across the tongue and sockliner. The combination of glossy black and neon Volt reads as pure military-tactical styling — sharp, punchy, hierarchical.
Military-themed detailing
Nike's authenticity to the original 2013 build is where this release genuinely earns its retro billing. Alphanumeric codes 'N-758384' and 'PRO97' are stamped directly onto the panels — the kind of nostalgic detail Foamposite collectors will immediately clock as accurate. Neon Volt chevron accents on the pull tabs — a detail unique to this specific colourway — return in full. Nothing has been simplified or updated for a modern audience.
Performance tech
Underfoot, the shoe carries the full 2013 tech package. A full-length Air Zoom unit handles primary cushioning, with a double-stacked heel Zoom setup providing added rear cushioning that breaks in over time. A rigid carbon fibre midfoot shank delivers stability and arch support, and the herringbone traction pods on the gum rubber outsole handle grip. It's a proper performance basketball build wrapped in a lifestyle-friendly finish — the Foamposite Pro's defining balance.

Graphic Foamposites, the 2013 era and the model's ongoing influence
The 'Green Camo' arrived at a specific moment in Foamposite history. Prior to 2012, most Foamposite releases ran solid or gradient finishes across the moulded shell. Everything changed with the Galaxy Air Foamposite One in 2012 — a graphic-printed pair that caused genuine hysteria and effectively launched a new era of patterned Foamposite designs. The 'Green Camo' arrived a year later as part of that wave, alongside other standouts including the Tianjin, Tianjin 2.0, Weatherman radar map and the Supreme x Versace-inspired 2014 collab.
Within that lineup, the 'Green Camo' has held up as one of the most consistently referenced. It's arguably the most wearable of the graphic-print Foamposites — the woodland camo palette pairs with almost anything, the military-themed detailing is thematically coherent, and the tech package inside is genuinely useful on foot. That's why the reissue has been anticipated for years.
The wider Foamposite franchise turns 30 in 2027, with Nike already teasing a special 30th anniversary Air Foamposite One release. Beyond the core models, Foamposite technology continues to inform modern Nike design — from the G.T. Future basketball sneaker to the upcoming women's-exclusive First Sight Shadow — and has even crossed into high fashion via Balenciaga's Basketball Sneaker. The moulded shell keeps finding new life almost three decades after it first arrived.
