Orders are processed and dispatched on business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. The shipping process for your order is initiated once you receive a confirmation email from us, marking the beginning of the delivery timeline.

 

Order Amendments and Delivery Services

Kindly note that once your order is confirmed, we are unable to alter the delivery address, method, or any order details including the product type, quantity, size, or color. For international shipments, we rely on the expertise of UPS, while DPD handles our domestic deliveries within the United Kingdom, guaranteeing that your items are managed with utmost care and reliability.

 

Shipping Options and Timeframes
We offer three shipping options:

Standard Shipping:

  • Delivery within 3–7 working days worldwide.

Fast Shipping:

  • Delivery within 2–5 working days worldwide.

Express Shipping:

  • Domestic: Next business day.

  • International: 1–3 working days.

Handling Absences During Delivery

If you're not present at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to leave your package with a neighbour. If delivery to a neighbour isn't an option, the package will be sent back to our warehouse. In such instances, we advise you to contact our customer support team to discuss whether you would like us to resend the package or process a refund for you.

The estimated shipping times at checkout are intended as a guideline. Delays may occur, particularly as we take the necessary time to authenticate each item before shipping. This step ensures the quality and authenticity of your purchase.
